That’s why I have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Social Nails experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

Need to Cancel?

What you Need to Know

I know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why I try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, I’ll do my best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked.

Continued cancellations without notice may result in a cancellation fee of 50% the service cost.

Tardiness

Please Let Us Know

Please be courteous to myself and other clients at Social Nails and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let me know so I can minimize any disruption to schedule and other customers.
